It started early one dark cool morning / in the basement of my daddy's home / I was sitting in the corner / on a wooden stool / with my Bible open before my face / I was seeking out the wisdom - the knowledge of God / all I had was desire - and He blessed it / and increased it / my desire to be a Warrior for the King.
Well I knew it then and I know it now / and I knew a few years ago / that God had called me into faithful works / you know He's called us all / yet so few even hear Him / even less reply / they feel the price is way too high - but with the grain of a mustard seed / they could truly find the Lord and be a Warrior.

Now my days turned into weeks / weeks into months / quickly a year had slipped away / but my prayer life it was stronger / than ever before / God's word was hide within my heart / my trips into the spirit realm been sweet and most rewarding - there's power in faithful prayer - for I have seen the enemy and the enemy has seen me / but I'm the Overcomer because that's how God sees me - I'm a Warrior.
I'm a Warrior for the King - a mighty Prayer Warrior - for the King.
Well you can be a Warrior too / a Warrior for the King / just purpose in your own heart / it's the most important thing / to seek the face of the Lord and wear His Holy Ring - be a Warrior.
Now the Holy Spirit teaches you / He taught me well / I am the head and I'm not the tail / I'm the righteousness of God / a Holy Priesthood / where I stand is Holy ground / He put a ring on my finger / robe on my back / made me a heir to the kingdom - for I'm a child of Father God's and I'm dressed in Holy Armor / I'm strong and courageous - and Satan knows my name - I'm a Warrior.
